EDWin32 1.2 Service Packs (Build 2000-10-15)
EDWin32 1.2 Service Packs contains corrections of known errors, discovered after release of EDWin32 version 1.0 and 1.1 as well as various improvements to the code. Build 2000-10-15supercedes all previous EDWin32 Service Packs!
Full service pack consists of several compressed files. Each of these service pack files contains README.TXT explaining to which destination the modules included in the file should be copied.
Software module in this Service pack are those of EDWin32 ver 1.2, Revision 2000-07-01 and are intended to be downloaded by users currently running EDWin32 ver 1.0 ,1.1 and 1.2 rev 2000-05-01. These are basic components of the system. For CD ROM containing full upgrade to EDWin 1.2 and appriopriate licence diskette, contact your local distributor.
How to install EDWin32 Service Pack in your computer system.
Compressed service pack file(s) should be downloaded to temporary folder on your hard disk.
Take following steps to install modules from single service pack file:
1. Decompress selected file using WinZip or equivalent. As result,
all modules contained in the service pack file will appear in the temporary folder.
2. Open Readme.txt to find out final destination of decompressed modules.
3. Move those modules to final destination.
Repeat steps 1 to 3 for each downloaded service pack file.
In most instances, amended modules should be copied to the folder
containing software modules of EDWin32, which by default is \EDWin32.
