The history of Visionics is continuous adoption to the needs of changing world. When we introduced our first EDA package, the CAD ABC, way back in 1983, there were no other PC-based EDA systems, and we urgently needed this kind of tool for our own research and development. Colleagues who saw our system asked for a copy and that is how all it began.

Ever since then, we have regularly introduced state-of-the-art PC-based EDA systems based on the latest technologies, be it hardware or software.

In our efforts to create the best PC-based EDA systems in the world, and in our dedication to achieve customer satisfaction, we have established four policies, which are at the center of our company philosophy. The first of these policies is, and has always been, to have a continuous dialogue with our customers,which helps us understand the changing need of the world's market. Our second policy is to keep all knowledge and development in-house, thereby assuring both continuity and seamless integration of all the modules needed in an EDA system. Our third policy is availability to our customers - always be there when you need us, when you have any kind of problem - and last, but not least, our fourth policy is always to give our customers the best possible price-to-performance ratio.

Over the years, our continuous introduction of new EDA packages - CAD 1000, CompCAD and the EE Designer series, to mention but a few - and new technologies, has been setting standards for others to follow, and has won many international awards. Even more important , is the trust and confidence that we won from our customers all over the world, always to be on the leading edge of technology, and always to deliver the best possible solution in PC-based EDA.
